At Edibles By Jack, our goal is to offer unique and innovative food items that make a difference, whether in a catering, restaurant or even in a home scenario.

Our cornerstone product is the Edible Asian Spoon, the first ever recipient of the International Caterers Association’s CATIE (Catered Arts Through Innovative Excellence) award for ’Trend In The Industry’, awarded in 2003. Years ago, it was a trend! Now, it is a mainstay of the catering and restaurant industries.

Our next product is the Willoughby’s Baking Company gluten-free bakery product line. While testing this product, we tried pretty much every gluten-free muffin and brownie available in the market place and found that the Willoughby’s line was far superior to all. Currently, Willoughby’s is in approximately 50 stores in the Northeast…. And growing!

We are also currently offering our Nabluse Extra Virgin Organic Olive Oil, manufactured and imported from the West Bank.

As this business develops, we will be adding products to our line.
